Easy Easy Easy !
This one is my family's favorite when it comes to fish dish, and I love it because it was an easy clean up!
This dish is versatile you can yous Salmon Steaks like in picture or a Slice as below
Salmon as we know should be in our diets once a week it's an oily fish and with its high omega 3-fatty acids and vitamin D it's a very high protein.
Here is what you need
for each packet single serving or double things for two and so on
you can omit the potatoes just make it plane.
Salmon Steaks or strips about 4 oz. per person ( about a check book size)
3 Tbs. Fresh parsley
OVOO as needed
Salt and pepper as need
1- 2 lemon slice
Fresh dill
1/4 cup of white wine( optional
one medium sliced potato or sweet potato
Take your potatoes or sweet potato sliced very very thin, this will alow them to cook fast as with the same time the Salmon cooks, add to coat your OVOO,salt, pepper, chopped parsley.
Toss these to coat well in your bowl place them on a large square of aluminum foil this size will depend on how big your fish is.
Place your Salmon steak or strip on top of the potato mixture, drizzle on some OVOO and sprinkle pepper , salt, add your lemon slices on top ( this picture doesn't show it so its optional ) add some chopped parsley and save some for later when cook you can add a few sprinkles of fresh parsley for color.
At this point before closing your packet add the wine carefully It maybe a little messy.
As per picture close packet place in an 350 oven and bake for 20 min and check the package that the potato is cook an serve with a side of fresh salad!
