This series of recipes on fish is quite important to an Italian household usually it's Friday night fish dinners, basically there is always a "Primo" meaning a pasta dish, Spaghetti with clams, mussels, or a red Sugo made with shrimp and calamari etc.... many of these will be in my Pasta recipes
Then of course your fish, Shrimp allot of Whole fish and stuffed fish dishes, we are lucky for we are surrounded by 3 beautiful oceans and get some good local fish, but i have found that even prepackaged or frozen fresh fish are great,
A few rules for those fishes:
once you thaw that's it use them !
always run under cold water to clean or
i place large bowl with cold water and use the package they come in and they thaw that way.
Shrimp with garlic
For 2 people
10/12 large shrimp
1 glass of white wine
a bunch of italian parsley
2 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
2 tsp. of pepper flakes
1/4 cup of olive olio
Take your Pyrex pan about a 9x 13 for these amount of shrimp, place your olive oil, pepper flakes, parsley, chopped up garlic in chunks ,salt and pepper them , place your shrimp that you have divined by cutting the top to clean if you leave the hard shell on they are more flavorful. Add your wine place in oven at 350 they are first gray in color then they turn a beautiful orange color about 15 min, do not over cook they will be tuf.
or with a knife

these also can be made ahead for shrimp tacos.
