No-Knead Bread

Pane Veloce





Recipe : 

In American measurements
4 Cups of Flour 00 
1 ½ Cups of Water 
1 Tbs. of yeast 
2 Tsp. Salt 
1 Tsp. honey or sugar 

In European measurements
500 gr. Of Farina 00 
370 ml. Of water 
12 gr. Of yeast 
2 Tsp. Salt 
1 Tsp. Honey of Sugar 

Oven will be preheated at 350 ℉ , after proofing, then bake bread  at 400℉ for 30 min. 

1.In a bowl add 3 tbs. of your warm water you have measured add to this your honey (or sugar) and yeast ,mix well, set aside. 

2.Place your flour into a bowl, make a well, adding your yeast /honey mixture, start mixing these ingredients, add your salt around the top of the flour, so it doesn’t interfere with the yeast. 
You will start to see that just by mixing this you will get a sticky but firm dough, (if need add a tablespoon at a time of water ) . 

3.To this dough, add  3 to 4 tablespoons of flour along the top, now seal your bowl with a top or with plastic wrap. 

4. Proof this for 1 ½ hours , I use my oven light ( if you leave it out just make sure it doubles almost to the top.)

5. Proceed to place a parchment paper on your pan sprinkling flour on it , now gently clean the sides of the bowl as to drop the dough to the center of your pan, your flour side down on the pan. 

7.Take a table scraper or a knife and cut it into 3 logs, using the scraper or knife to move them a little so not to touch, they will expand in the oven. ADD FLOUR to the top of them for that crispiness when baked. 

8. Bake in a 400℉ oven for 30 min, till golden brown
